AUSTRALIAN EXPRESS FOR ORDERS UNDER $100  - $10.00 AUD (AUSTRALIA POST)

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS OVER $100 - FREE SHIPPING (AUSTRALIA POST)

ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE A FLAT FEE OF $30 AND WILL BE SENT VIA AUSTRALIA POST INTERNATIONAL REGISTERED MAIL (SIGNATURE REQUIRED)

WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ORDER:

Orders received by 12pm AEST on a business day, will be dispatched within 1-3 business days. Orders made on a Saturday, Sunday or a Public Holiday will be dispatched on the following business day. At peak times there may be delivery delays, during which our Customer Service will keep you informed.

For Australian capital cities – 1-3 business days

For Regional Australia – 1-7 business days

For international – 1-21 business days

Upon order you should receive an order confirmation and this will then be followed by a tracking notification when your order has shipped. If you do not receive these notifications within the guided times please contact us at orders@thesainthelena.com and we will respond within 24hours.

Please note, international orders may be liable for import and/or customs duties and are the responsibility of the customer. 

RETURNS POLICY

Customers must contact orders@thesainthelena.com within 7 days of receiving your order to make returns. Items must be in their original condition with all original tags and bags attached. If the item has been worn we will not offer a refund, exchange or credit note. 

Please contact orders@thesainthelena.com with the reason why you are requesting to make a return. Please quote your order number and any other relevant information. We will return your email with instructions on how to either return, refund or exchange your items based on the policies outlined here. You will receive a return authorisation number that will be the reference for you case.

Returns must be sent via Express Post or Registered Post and directed to: Saint Helena, Unit 6B/18 Centennial Circuit, Byron Bay, NSW, 2481 at the cost of the customer. Saint Helena will only refund shipping costs should the item be deemed faulty.

Saint Helena will not be responsible for return shipping costs nor duty reimbursement in the case of international purchases (other than faulty items).

Once a return has been received and has cleared a quality check we will exchange or refund the item as requested. Saint Helena reserves the right to deny a return if it does not meet our returns policy or the description in which you outlined and received your return authorization number.

Refunds will be awarded excluding any shipping costs, duties or international taxes.

Please note we are unable to be held liable for the loss of your bikini being returned. We recommend using a registered postal service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details

When we receive your return or exchange this will be processed within 3-7 business days.

SALE POLICY:

ALL ITEMS SOLD AT A SALE PRICE ARE EXCLUSIVE OF RETURNS FOR REFUND FOR CHANGE OF MIND. IN THE EVENT YOU WOULD LIKE TO EXCHANGE YOUR SIZE, WE CAN DO SO IF AVAILABLE AND AT YOUR SHIPPING COST. IF THE ITEM IS DEEMED FAULTY WE WILL ISSUE YOU WITH A CREDIT FOR AN ALTERNATIVE SALE ITEM AT THE EQUAL COST.

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED, OR THERE IS A FAULT?

Whilst we hope this never happens, if you do receive damaged goods, or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately at orders@thesainthelena.com so we can personally assist you and sort out your problem as quickly as possible
