DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

Customers must contact orders@thesainthelena.com within 7 days of receiving an order to make returns. Items must be in their original condition with all original tags and bags attached. If the item has been worn, we will not offer a refund, exchange or credit note. For more information, please see our Shipping & Returns Page.

CAN ITEMS THAT I BUY ONLINE BE RETURNED IN STORE?

Yes – please email us prior to your arrival so that we can provide you with the trading hours for the day as we are not open 7days, and our trading hours vary week to week.

WHAT SIZE SHOULD I CHOOSE?

We love to celebrate the female form in all its glory, and we embrace the many unique shapes and sizes that it comes in! So as much as we try to stay 'true to size' our ultimate goal is to empower women not categorize them. We’ve intentionally designed majority of our garments to be worn as a 'relaxed fit' so we are able to cater to everyone. That being said, please confirm this with the product description. If you're still unsure of what size to purchase, please don't hesitate to email us, we’d be glad to assist you :) 

CAN WE PLEASE COLLABORATE?

We love working with likeminded bloggers and content creators who share the same carefree, seaside aesthetic! Please know, we try our best to respond to all emails regarding collabs, but unfortunately we cannot work with you all. If you feel your audience aligns with ours, please send us through an email and we'll be in touch.

IS SAINT HELENA ETHICALLY AND SUSTAINABLY MADE? 

We certainly are! Here at Saint Helena we're extremely passionate about our ethical and sustainable practices, and we work only with certified manufacturers and select fabrications based on their content, sustainability and quality. We're currently in the process of updating our website to reflect this important message in the hope that we are able to inspire and encourage our customers, to shop consciously where ever they go.

WHEN WILL AN ITEM BE RE-STOCKED?

Unfortunately, if the item you are interested in is on-sale or from a previous collection, it will not be restocked unless we receive a return. Only items that are available for ‘backorder’ will be restocked. We highly recommend signing up to our mailing list or you can contact us directly regarding whether or not a product will be restocked.

WHAT CURRENCY IS USED ONLINE?

All our prices online are in Australia Dollars and will be charged in AUD.

WHAT IS AFTERPAY?

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ITEM IN THE MAIL?

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email, along with the tracking details for your order.

We ship all of our Australian orders via Australia Post using the Express Courier Service – for more info on shipping click here.

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED, FAULTY OR I RECEIVE THE WRONG ITEM?

While we hope this never happens, unfortunately some things are beyond our control - Please make sure to contact us ASAP with your Order Number.

For a faulty item, we request that you also include a photo of the fault. Once we have assessed the damage, we will arrange a replacement or refund for you.
